Enroll, Renew or Update Your Information for 2010

Everyone is welcome to join; we have a diverse membership of alumni, parents of current students, and friends and fans of the University. You can also update your information on-line as well.

Membership in the Notre Dame Club of Dallas has its privileges! The benefits to you, the Club and the causes we serve are many. We have over 80 activities planned each year and your membership, support and participation will ensure great success and excitement for all Club Members. The Club offers two levels of membership: the standard Blue membership and the premium Gold membership. Your level of membership will be indicated in the annual Membership Directory.

Join the Club!

You have your choice of two options to enroll in the Notre Dame Club of Dallas. Enroll on-line or mail your membership in. Enrolling on-line is easy and convenient using Paypal. If you have already signed up for the Notre Dame Club of Dallas, logon with your username and password. If you haven't, you'll receive your username and password when you sign up.

As a Gold Level Member you also enjoy the following benefits:

• An additional 10% discount off select Club events such as UND Night and the annual Christmas Party
• 3 free raffle tickets for the Notre Dame Football ticket drawing at the annual Kickoff Classic

Your Information is Confidential

Note that the data you submit either on-line or via the mail-in form is confidential to the Club. We do not release our membership lists to any parties. Finally, please be aware that all Club information is now distributed through electronic means either directly to you by means of the email address you provide or posted on our web sites. If you know of someone that does not have access to this means, please let us know so we can take appropriate measures for them to keep them informed.

Consider Contributing Something Extra to Our Scholarship and Summer Service Funds

Your membership and donations allow the Dallas Club to provide several four-year and one-time, needs based scholarships to incoming freshman from the Dallas area every year, and your continued support will help us expand our program in the years to come. The Dallas Club also financially supports at least one Summer Service Student annually (volunteer work for the entire summer) at a cost of $2,000 to $4,000. If you wish to provide direct donations to either of these causes, you may do so during the sign-up process.

Volunteerism is Critical to the Club's Success

We need volunteers! If you desire to become more actively involved in the Club and help organize and manage any of our many activities, please contact Theresa Blackwell and we'll put you to work.

Directory Ad Space for 2010 (Publish date -- early January 2010)

Please consider placing an advertisement in the 2010 Directory – distributed to all Club Members.  This is an excellent opportunity to reach our members with your products and/or services.  In addition to being printed in the Club Directory, your ad will also be rotated on the home page of our Club’s website at no additional charge (Our ads each run around 8,500 impressions and have a 3% click through rate).  For more information, please contact Mike Duffy at mduffy@trammellcrow.com.   We must have your ad and payment by November 2, 2009 in order to guarantee inclusion in the 2010 directory.  

If you want to have your directory ad displayed on our website, please include a version of your ad copy using the following dimensions and formats:

• H: 257 pixels
• W: 340 pixels
• Format: jpg or png

Please include your company's website url if you want the viewer to click through to your web site. Also, please include any specific tags you would like for search engine purposes.

A couple notes to help you enroll:

If you have forgotten your password, you can also select Option 1 and enter your email address or login and receive your access information via email.

• While you can still select another Membership Level, Alumni who graduated in or before 1960 are eligible for our Honorary Membership Level at no charge.
• You can sign up for Informational Only status. People selecting "Informational Only" status will not have access to certain areas of the Club Bulletin Board, nor will you receive the Club Member discount on events during the year. If you do select this option, we'll send you a confirmation once we've reviewed your request.
